The “Unusual” View.
When you get a chance to do something a bit “out of the usual” – it’s well worth having a go!
September 2010 and we had the chance to go out on the SS Waverley – sailing from Weymouth to Swanage. An opportunity to see the Jurassic coastline from a direction you don’t normally get to see!
What to expect? Well I had NO idea as I’m not a sailor and have never been out on the water in this direction before. Well, it was a fantastic afternoon, the weather was beautiful and although the light was not the best for photographs, some of the results proved to be reasonably ok. However the main thing was we got to “make a visual record” of something we’d never done and seen before.
